Join Harvard’s Dr Heidi Gardner for an expert session and “real-time clinic” showing how clients and external advisors can work together more effectively in the new remote environment. The first session was over-subscribed, so we are adding one more clinic.

Part 1: Strategies for effective remote collaboration between clients & professional advisors
• “Help make the Client into a hero”—clarify expectations for handling work, anticipating issues, and adding value to the enterprise
• Combat the tendency for stress to increase stereotyping and bias, which undermine diversity efforts and dampen morale & productivity
• Maximize productivity, trust and empathy—simple, practical tactics to help clients and outside lawyers make sense of each other’s behavior, and minimize the effect of inevitable distractions and related misunderstandings.
